Houppelandes were the height of the early to mid 15th Century style, and were the last truly universal dress style in Europe.  By the middle of the century, most of the countries had shifted to their own unique styles of gowns. They used a large amount of fabric and were very full.  The women's Houppelande was floor length, pulled in by a high belt, worn just under the bust.  The sleeves ranged from loose sleeves, to open sleeves that trailed on the floor, often with a dagged edge.  The necklines were varied.

I offer the open sleeves (angel) sleeves in three lengths, bag sleeves, loose straight sleeves, and a trailing straight oversleeve with a fitted false undersleeve attatched at the armhole.  Necklines are currently available as a simple open neck, with a small or large layout collar, or v-neck, the precursor to the Burgundian.  Fabric choices range from linen, to silk, wool, and varying levels of brocades.

This gown does not come with a belt, but if you are looking for reproduction pieces, you can find  Belt Ends and  Belt Mounts and more at  Armour and Castings. (opens new tab)  Another good option is  Raymond's Quiet Press.
